This is a great recipe for a light and healthy salad. Fresh green beans, fresh corn, feta and a light tangy dressing make this a great dish, especially refreshing as a summer meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 bag green beans
- 2-3 ears corn
- ½ cup feta
- 2 tbls. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tbls. lemon juice
- 1 tbls. agave
- dash sea salt & ground pepper
Steps:

Boil green beans in a large pot of water until just tender, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Drain and rinse in cold water or place in a bowl of cold water to cool. Pat dry. Set aside.

Place olive oil, apple cider vinegar, granulated garlic, lemon juice, agave, salt and pepper in a jar and shake until well mixed and thickened.

Add fresh corn kernels and feta to green beans. Add dressing and toss well.
