When will I receive my subscription?

Your subscription box will arrive 4-7 days after you checkout, and should arrive around the same time each month. Every so often, weather or a holiday can prolong shipping times. (Please note you may be charged a day earlier or later from time to time to accommodate shipping schedules and to ensure your subscription box is processed as quickly as possible.)

When do you bill me?

Once you sign up for a subscription, you will checkout and be charged. Every 30 days after that day you will also be charged and an an order placed. You will receive a receipt and your subscription box shipped.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. If you ever find yourself needing to skip a month or 2, for example you’re leaving for vacation, you can easily pause your subscription by clicking SHOP > MY ACCOUNT > SUBSCRIPTIONS > VIEW > SUSPEND.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at anytime. You can log into your account and click here: SHOP > MY ACCOUNT > SUBSCRIPTIONS > VIEW > CANCEL. We recommend that you cancel your subscription 10 days prior to your next subscription period to ensure that your subscription is canceled before your next subscription is processed. We cannot stop shipment once an order has been processed.

How do I update my info?

Log in to MY ACCOUNT. You can change your address and/or update your credit card details at anytime, however we recommend that you make any changes at least 10 days prior to your next re-bill date. We ask that you do this to ensure that your subscription information changed before your next box is processed. We cannot alter shipment details once an order has been processed.

Can I return and get a refund for my subscription box or products within the box?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund subscription boxes or products within. All payments are non-refundable. The subscription box and products within the box are non-returnable. If you are dissatisfied with our service or products for any reason, please feel free to contact us and let us know.

Is my payment information secure?

Your payment is processed by Stripe, one of the most reputable electronic payment providers in the world. Credit card numbers, expiration dates and CCV/CVV2 numbers are all transmitted safely over a secured and encrypted channel directly from your browser to the Stripe secure servers for processing. We only get notified once your payment was successful.

What if I’m allergic to any of the products in my subscription box?

Unfortunately we cannot offer individually customized subscription boxes at this point. You are responsible for checking ingredients and consuming responsibly.
